Use of the Website and the Agency’s services implies that Clients accept and agree to these general terms and conditions.
II. Services Provided by the Agency

Brokerage in the leasing and renting of real estate.
Consultations on the real estate market and legal support for transactions.
Organization of property viewings and collection of necessary documentation for real estate transactions.
III. Agency's Obligations
To provide up-to-date and accurate information about real estate properties included in the listings.
To protect the personal data of Clients in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To assist in negotiations between the parties and ensure transparency of transaction terms.
IV. Clients’ Obligations

To pay the applicable fees and commissions for the services rendered, according to the previously agreed terms.
To notify the Agency of any changes related to their properties or requirements.
V. Commissions and Fees
The Agency’s commissions are negotiated individually with each Client and are determined according to the type of service provided.
Commission is payable upon successful completion of the transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for paying all fees and expenses related to notarial deeds, taxes, and other administrative services required to finalize the transaction.
VI. Limitation of Liability
The Agency is not liable for damages resulting from inaccurate or false information provided by Clients or third parties.
The Agency does not guarantee that all listings published on the Website will be available at the time of inquiry.
VII. Personal Data
Clients' personal data is processed in accordance with the Agency’s Privacy Policy published on the Website.
Clients have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.
VIII. Termination of Relationship
Contractual relations between the Agency and Clients may be terminated by mutual agreement or in the event of a breach of obligations by either party.
Upon termination, Clients are required to settle all financial obligations to the Agency.
IX. Changes to the General Terms

X. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising in connection with the provision of services shall be resolved by mutual agreement. In the absence of such agreement, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with Bulgarian law.
