Electrical supply: Three-wire system, complete wiring up to appliance connection points (without installation of switches and sockets); lighting fixtures on balconies, bulb sockets in rooms for testing; general electrical panel from a European manufacturer.
Low-voltage systems: Installed FTP cables (Cat. 5e), distribution boxes, internet and TV outlets.
Water supply and sewerage: Pressure-tested, constructed with polypropylene and PVC pipes, capped. Installed remote-reading water meters, shut-off valves (without sanitary equipment installation).
Air conditioning: Pre-installed insulated copper pipes and cables for connection of indoor and outdoor units, allowing for future air conditioner installation at client’s request. Option for building a multi-split heating and cooling system with a heat pump.
Ventilation: Natural ventilation in bathrooms and kitchen.
Roof preparation: Embedded elements for mounting a heat pump unit before waterproofing, plus provisions for solar panels and power supply outlets.
Optional Features
Heating system: Upon request, water-based underfloor heating can be installed (prior to Act 15), connected to a heat pump that also supplies hot water to bathrooms, toilets, and kitchen. The multi-split system can also provide climate control. Implementation is negotiated individually based on client requirements.
